- Advice before calling us
Please have the model code for the item(s) ready, you can find this in the items title. It will always begin with 'JR'.
Please also have a full Invoice and Delivery address to hand so we can accurately and quickly quote delivery and the total order price.
- If the item you require is not in stock..
If you're lucky it might already be on it's way to us at sea! Please call us to find out, 01626 833646. Alternatively, it could take up to 16 weeks for us to receive the item you require, so please order with this in consideration.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOR CHRISTMAS, please order as early as January the year before you need it. This means you can pick exactly what you are after and have it in time for the Christmas rush.
We of course order stock ourselves, but it may not necessarily meet your needs (quantity or style). ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT!
- What are the Models made from?
ALL our models are made from Fibreglass & Resin. This is a 2-3cm mould, the model is hollow inside.
- Can people sit on these models?
NO! We do not recommend that anyone sits on our models. They are hollow and have NO internal structure.
- Do you make custom models?
We do not make custom models unless you are looking for quantities of 100 or more as a minimum order (POA & Subject to change at any time).

- How do I secure my new model to the floor?
We have a lot of customers ask how they secure their models to the floor. This can be achieved by ordering a model with footplates - see Below image as an example. THESE NEED TO BE SPECIFIED ON ORDERING, NOT AVALIABLE ON ITEMS ALREADY IN STOCK, ADDITIONAL PRICE MAY BE CHARGED. POA.
Alternatively, we have known customers to drill a hole and fill with sand to weigh them down. I have also heard some customers cement the model into the floor. It is hard to secure hanging items e.g. seagulls due to unpredictable weather conditions, please bare this in mind and bring models in when you are expecting adverse conditions. We are not responsible for any damage once an item has been delivered to you.
*Please do your research as to how you will want them secured before purchasing. We can only advise, we have not tried all methods ourselves.*
- How do I request a VAT invoice?
They are normally included in your confirmation email, after placing an order. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder and if not there email us at email@example.com
- How can I protect the paintwork on the model?

- Can I paint my model?
GO FOR IT! We recommend buying a primer finish if you are after a total BLANK canvas as such. All models are avaliable in this (subject to change at any time). The paint we use for touch ups comes from this website linked here (GRAFF CITY, KOBRA). All water based, masonry paint is suitable and I really recommend finishing this model with a lacquer finish to protect the paintwork applied.
- How long does delivery take?
If the item you ordered is in stock, it should take 2-3 days after we have received the order, is paid for in full and we have all the required details.
We have a cut off of 9am for deliveries being dispatched on the same day. If we receive your delivery after 9am, your delivery will go out the next working day. We are currently in the office Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
Depending on your order we have 2 couriers, DPD and TPN (The Pallet Network).
- I have an issue with my delivery

- Returns policy
7 Day Refund Policy
At the Jollyroger we aim to please all our customers with our high quality Life size Resin and Fibreglass Models and although we are sure you will be more than happy with our products we offer a 7 day Refund Policy if you are unhappy with the product in any way.
The conditions are that the model is returned to us in perfect condition at the Buyers cost and the refund will be subject to a 10% handling / restocking charge and also the original shipping costs. The refund will be paid within 7 days of receiving and after rechecking the condition of the model.
